Ciao has reduced it's pay rate

This may come as some real bad news for Ciao writers but as some of my friends say on the site it just may be one way of actually discouraging those who cheat in Ciao to take off. There has been some news spread that this sudden reduce in Ciao's pay rate was due to a lot of plagiarism going around the site. The site used to pay their members $1 per review, but it turned out that some members actually wrote 100 or more reviews in just a short span of time just to speed up their earnings. That made some members think something was going on and these members actually did some digging there and found out that a lot of reviews on the site had identical write ups elsewhere which is definitely plagiarism. Some didn't even bother to reword their reviews but just copied it off from other sites. Well, in my opinion Ciao's researchers or admins aren't stupid and sooner or later they'll find out anyway. It just doesn't work to even reword a write up, you need to be original or unique in some sense. There have been reviews there that don't appear to be copied but some of our friends there actually tried to google some of the words in the reviews on google and they found some identical phrases and even whole sentences of them lying elsewhere online. Yes, that is still plagiarism in some sense, unless of course the writer wrote those similarities himself on his other sites.

Well now to discourage this kind of cheating Ciao has decided to lower the pay rate to $0.25 per review. Now it takes 4 reviews to get a dollar. Look on the bright side this is a good way to weed out cheaters and don't lose hope because earning on Ciao won't be too bad at all if you had a heap of referrals. Last week I noticed my earnings go up even when I did very little writing and guess where I got those earnings? I was lucky to have a few handful of active referrals doing a lot of writing. It adds up in time and it's not too bad at all. That's not all, you can also get a crack at being in the list of the best writers in a Premium Fund. Each month Ciao gives away $2000 to be divided among the best authors, those who have exceptional quality in their reviews. So what are you hanging around for go and do some writing on Ciao! Cheers!
